Mr. Lam is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance and financial reporting of the Group. He graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Lam previously worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms and has held senior financial management positions in several listed companies. He also has many years of experience working at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mr. Lam has led companies through their initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Hong Kong Main Board.<\/p>

Mr. Liu has over 15 years of extensive experience in the power and energy industry.<\/p>

From 2011 to 2019, he served as Chief Dispatcher and Supervisor at the Power Dispatch Control Center of China Southern Power Grid, overseeing grid dispatch operations and electricity market management.
